The form is to be used to request check(s) for the purchase of goods and/or services for a SSTBC approved ministry, or for the betterment and/or continuance of Southside Tabernacle Baptist Church’s ministries, to be used in conjunction with the ministry event request form. Purchases must be approved by the Elders. All receipts are to be turned in to the SSTBC Elder of Accounts Payable and/or SSTBC Accounts Payable Representative, no later than the Sunday after checks are issued and purchases are made.
