This form is to be used to submit a request for a digital church announcement(s) and/or to request that slides be added to the church service presentation. Please be aware that digital announcement requests / presentation slides requests must be submitted to Sister Jordan no later than Thursday in order for the request to be added to the upcoming Sunday church service presentation. Please be sure to provide clear, quality copies of any photos or artwork you would like to be added with your announcement / presentation request.
