This form is to be used to schedule any and all SSTBC ministries events and/or SSTBC ministry-related activities on the SSTBC church grounds and/or those ministries, events, and activities requiring SSTBC’s monetary resources, physical resources, or church personnel. The ministry, event, or activity cannot contradict any of the SSTBC bylaws, our What We Believe Statements of Faith, or God’s Holy Word. All SSTBC ministries, events and activities are subject to the Elders’ approval. This form should be submitted in a timely manner in order to get it to the Elder of Ministries at least 10 days prior to the ministry, event, or activity.
